Orphan................?

In the movie orphan, at the end, Esther looks much older and scary. I
have 1 question, was that Isabelle Fuhrman with a lot of makeup on? Or
was that a double? Because she just looks so much older at the end.
BTW, Im talking about the part like after the dad died.
