In the children's show, Dino Dan, is Dan the only one who can see the dinosaurs?

My 2 year old niece watches this show and my sister was wondering if
any one else can see the dinosaurs other than Dan? It appears that his
dog and some times classmates can see them, but I'm not really sure?
