The Someone Like You singer gave fans an update on her health in a blog entry on her website on Tuesday. Thank you for all your positive thoughts and get well wishes. Im doing really well, on the mend, super happy, relaxed and very positive with it all, she wrote. The procedure, which sidelined her successful tour, appears to have corrected recurring bleeding that she was experiencing from a benign polyp in her throat. The operation was a success and Im just chilling out now until I get the all clear from my doctors, she continued. And the 23-year-old Grammy winner is keeping her vocals to an absolute minimum. I best get back to practicing my mime show now. Take care, miss you all, she added. Copyright 2011 by NBC Universal, Inc. All rights reserved.
