how can i sing the song "Cathedrals" by Jump Little Children in a comfortable key?

The first verse of the song is always too low for me, so i sing it an
octave higher. but then the chorus ends up being too high for me, and
it's very hard for me to find a comfortable key to sing in since i
don't have a piano. So how can i sing this song without the verses
being to low and the chorus being to high?
my vocal range is from g3 to a g5
